I posted my trip to this store last year. It's stunning isn't it. Unfortunately I was only able to buy a few bits and pieces there, including the matchboxes like you. I'm off to LA in October so hoping to visit her stores there.

Oh the perfection is too much. I don't know how you did not just pass out from all the loveliness! Thanks for taking us along...

Of all the Shabby Chic's I have visited (there have been many), this one in SOHO is by far my favorite. A couple of years ago while shopping in the store Rachel Ashwell walked in as I was leaving. I was with my hubby and kids and they said I acted like a complete starstruck fool. She was so sweet and spent several minutes talking with all of us and was kind enough to write a lovely message and sign my shopping bag. Sadly, it was the one day that I decided to not lug my camera around :(

BTW, she said she was looking to open a shop in the DC area! WOOHOO!!

mmmm...it all looks so dreamy!

and, yes, cloth napkins are the way to go ~ don't they just add a touch of elegance to any meal?! xo

I only got to drive through SOHO on my recent trip to NYC. All of the boutiques looked amazing. I will spend a day shopping there next trip! Shabby Chic looks beautiful. Thanks for sharing!

looks like your trip was fabulous! What yumminess in Rachael ashwells's store!
xoxo, Tiffany

All I can say is DROOL!

I am so jealous! I want to go to the Shabby Chic Store. Oh, gosh I sound so whinney. But I love her designs. Have a nice day! Daisy~

Hello lucky girl!!!

Your skirt is amazing!!!

Enjoy your weekend!

soooooo pretty

I ENJOYED READING ABOUT YOUR TRIP TO NY. EVERYTHING LOOKS JUST BEAUTIFUL. I AM GLAD YOU HAD ALOT OF FUN. YOU DESERVE IT. BY THE WAY, YOU LOOK GREAT IN THE PHOTO.

Such delightful happiness!

Oh, seems like I just took that photo of you yesterday... I had such a wonderful time and I am glad they did not have that union jack pillow... or I think I would have caved and bought it and trying to explain why I needed to have a $175 pillow to Mike would not have been all that fun.
I miss you!!

lovely!! Can't wait for the NYC finale ~ I too love her SOHO shop ~ so much eye candy for us! PS * I left a little something for you on my bloggie too, so check in when you have a free moment. Have a great week, Andrea ~ P

LOOOVE that shop! Cant wait to take Miss Natasha there when we are visiting. You look ADORABLE Miss Andrea!!!! :) XOXO

That store was on my "must see" list when I was in NY. And matchboxes were my souvenier of choice too. Aren't they cute? I brought them home to freinds as well as keeping one for myself.
