I'm a wife to George, a mama to Mario and Sam, and a 31-year-old Italian girl who likes to make things.
I was born and raised in Akron, Ohio, and went off to the Big Apple to get a degree in Fashion Merchandising. I worked as the Apothecary Buyer for Barneys New York until one day I decided to leave NYC behind and make my way across the ocean for an adventure with my then-boyfriend-now-husband who was working in Sarajevo, Bosnia. We spent a year travelling throughout Europe and enjoying life.
A year later, we moved back to the States, got married and now have a feathered nest in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
These days, I'm a stay at home mom. I spend my days creating things in my studio, playing with my 3-year-old son, and cleaning up lots of messes!
In 2006, I started a small business designing and creating vintage paper goods and other trinkets and treasures. The business grew and my website opened August 1, 2007! Come take a peek and share my passion at www.onehundredwishes.com
paper arts, scrapbooking, mixed media art, decorating our nest, collecting vintage things: purses, hats, papers, jewelry, charm bracelets, ribbons & trims, millinery flowers, old strawberries made of velvet, cake toppers, cake plates, and on and on........ baking, reading, throwing parties, traveling with my family and, of course, hunting for treasures at flea markets, antique shops and thrift stores!
